In the SCMP video, CWR’s Dr. CT Low & Dharisha Mirando along with the IPCC Chairman, Hoesung Lee, walk you through the significant coastal threats facing Hong Kong, like Queen’s Road Central could be the new coastline by 2100. But it’s not all doom & gloom as there is a big opportunity for transformative adaptation that could ensure Hong Kong’s long-term resilience.
