Women in Climate Action

CWR’s Debra Tan will be speaking at this webinar “Women in Climate Action”.
The HKU Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Organisation and the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau are co-hosting a lecture cycle “STWT #4 – Women and Climate Change”. The cycle is composed of three events to give a voice to women in climate science and climate action.

Following the first conference focusing on women scientists in climate science, this second meeting will be the opportunity to exchange with women working in the private sector and acting for climate action. They will discuss their career path, their commitment to the protection of the environment and the role of women in climate change. Following the panel discussion, audience members will be invited to engage in the conversation.
