4th Intl Conference on Climate Change

Theme: “Post-Paris Agreement: Time to Act”
The Fourth International Conference on Climate Change ([email protected]), to be held in Hong Kong, will focus on Asia-Pacific leaders’ policies and initiatives in confronting the global threats of climate change. [email protected] will gather top international and regional environmental experts from academia and government, and influential private sector leaders to explore issues vital to Asia in light of the recent Paris Climate Agreement.
The consequences of rapidly changing climates are already widespread. The threats from recent extreme climatic events, such as heat waves, droughts, floods, and wildfires, demonstrate significant vulnerability and exposure to every city in the world.
The [email protected] will include overseas case studies on best practices in mitigation and adaptation, and comprehensive seminars presented by policy makers, academic and climate experts, as well as panel discussions on a range of critical topics. Asia’s stakeholder responsibilities and roles in global climate control will be paramount in battling climate threats, and the [email protected] will help empower individuals and communities to take control of the future of their environment.
