Patrick has designed and permitted water quality retention pond systems and manmade wetlands that provide naturally clean/filtered drinking water and environmental protection. Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Civil Engineering Technology / Architectural Design 4 year program at VCC, UCF.
